Crystals and Healing

Learn how to perform healing with crystal treatments on yourself and others.  This course includes an overview of the formation and structure of crystals, their history and colours, alongside discussion about energy and energy healing, the aura, chakras and meridians, selecting and storing crystals, cleansing and dedicating them, preparation for and carrying out treatments, pendulums, wands and grids. We’ll also discuss benefits, contraindications and aftercare.   (Please note – you do not need to be attuned as an energy healer to attend this course).

Indian Head Massage

Learn how to perform the traditional, seated style of this very relaxing, balancing treatment.  Included in the course will be the history of Indian Head Massage, an overview of Chakras, Anatomy and Physiology, an overview of Ayurveda, practical guidance on Massage techniques and how to carry out a treatment, alongside details of benefits/contraindications. Advice can also be offered on how to set up in a self-employed business.

Available as an addition – once you’ve learned seated Indian Head Massage, why not attend a half day workshop to learn laying down style and seated, clothed style – £50

Thermal Auricular Therapy aka Ear Candling

Ear candling can ease congestion in the ears, can alleviate sinus pressure, can improve your sleep, can be good preparation for an airplane flight and is an alternative to syringing.  Training includes a history of candling, anatomy and physiology, structure of an ear candle, practical guidance on how to perform a candling treatment (incl reading the candles and how to do a face massage), benefits/contraindications and aftercare. Advice can also be offered on how to set up in a self-employed business.
