A gently healing and balancing treatment that’s ideal if you’ve been pushing yourself a bit too hard of late.  This treatment starts with a warm invitation to the client to lie down on the treatment couch.  When I’ve checked you’re feeling comfortable, I begin with a gentle cleanse of your feet, hands then face to lift any negative energy away.  Next comes a massage of your feet, hands then face, followed by a restorative healing with crystals treatment.  This wonderfully therapeutic healing treatment begins to draw to a close when you’re invited to explore the magic of candlelight and concludes when you feel you’re exploration’s come to an end.  (Approx 1.5 hours).

Invest in a series of treatments with payment up front and receive a 15% discount.  Enjoy feeling comfortable in the knowledge you’ve made a sound investment in supporting your wellness for the next while.  Why not purchase 4 or maybe 6 energy healing treatments  – perhaps Reiki healing or Crystal healing – with payment for the whole group of sessions made in advance – and receive 15% off what would be the cost of booking a series of single treatments.  You know you’re worth it!

 

Time 4 Me

Time 4 Me is a series of workshops created with the intention of reminding you of the importance of YOU; of the need for you to take time out for yourself sometimes because if you keep resisting self-care because you’re too busy, you could end up feeling too poorly to look after your significant others.   Each workshop is approximately 21/4 hours long and can be done on a 1:1 basis at a cost of £60 for the whole session. (nb:  these workshops do not lead to a professional practitioner qualification).
